Production Process
How does Egg Filler Flats Machine work? Raw Material – Pulping-Screening – Cleaner & Deflaker-Proportioning – Providing – Drying Product Line- Forming – Auto Stacking
Drying system
Hot air is applied uniformly across the surface of the pulp molding items to effectively remove moisture from the damp products. Once the drying process is complete, the items are automatically transferred to the stacking system and subsequently shrink-wrapped for packaging.
Pulp Preparation System
The process involves mixing bagasse, bamboo, or wood pulp with water or chemical solutions to create a pulp-like substance. This mixture is then processed to form a versatile pulp, which can be molded into various eco-friendly products such as packaging, tableware, and other biodegradable items.
Forming System
The slurry is used to form products through vacuum suction within the forming mold. Once molded, the pulp items are transferred using a transfer mold and then moved to the drying line for further processing.
