Production Process
How does Sugarcane Bagasse Tableware Making Machine work? Raw Material – Pulping-Deflaker & Refiner – Proportioning – Providing – Forming – Trimming
Drying system
Applying sufficient hot air uniformly across the surface of the pulp molding items to eliminate the moisture evaporating from the damp products. Following the drying process, they are directed towards automatic stacking and shrink wrapping for packaging.
Pulp Preparation System
Primarily utilizing discarded paper as its primary source, the hydrapulper breaks down waste paper boxes, old newspapers, corrugated cardboard, and similar materials. This process involves separating impurities, screening, and deflaking to create a pulp slurry. This slurry is then prepared in accordance with the requirements of pulp molding equipment for subsequent stages in the manufacturing process.
Forming System
The slurry is used to create products through vacuum suction within the forming mold. Afterward, the pulp molded items are transferred using a transfer mold and directed to the subsequent drying line.
